Exercise Therapy

  • Exercise therapy emphasizes the importance of proper movement and posture in the healing process. Our approach to exercise therapy is rooted in the belief that the primary treatment occurs within the patient’s own body, supported by our expert guidance.

Nervous System Rehabilitation

We evaluate patients in a quantified and systematic manner for patients with CNS damage such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy, Parkinson’s disease, and spinal cord injury, and patients with PNS damage such as Guillain-Barré syndrome, and set short and long term treatment goals. Afterwards, personalized intensive treatment is provided.

Exercise therapy is provided by a physical therapist who has completed more than 120 hours of CNS development therapy curriculum and has extensive rehabilitation experience. The therapist performs exercise therapy with patients on a 1:1 basis using various techniques, such as Bobath treatment, Vojta treatment, and Proprioceptive Facilitation Technique (PNF) treatment.

Musculoskeletal System Rehabilitation

We evaluate patients with musculoskeletal injuries such as arthritis, vertebral fractures, limb fractures, amputations, and artificial joint replacement, as well as patients with “non-use syndrome” who have been treated for a long time for cancer, respiratory diseases, and heart diseases in a quantified and systematic manner, Personalized intensive care is performed after setting short- and long-term treatment goals.

our process03

Pain is controlled using physical instruments such as lasers, electricity, hot/cooling, and ultrasound when treating musculoskeletal exercises.

In addition, sophisticated manual therapy relieves muscle inflammation and paralysis and restores movement of contracted joints, helping to return to everyday social life.
